Data processed

  • In the app: none by us. Scans, photos, notes and checks stay on your phone.
  • Purchases: purchase information and a random app user ID, processed by Apple and RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) to give you Pro.
  • Support: your email address and message, if you write to us.
  • This website: no cookies; the hosting provider (GitHub, Inc., USA, through GitHub Pages) may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses.

Purposes and legal grounds

Providing the purchases you make and answering your requests (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c), performance of a contract) and running the website securely (Art. 5(2)(f), legitimate interest).

Transfers abroad

RevenueCat and GitHub are based in the USA. Data is transferred within the safeguards of KVKK Article 9.

Retention

Support messages are kept for up to two years. Purchase records are kept by Apple and RevenueCat under their policies.

Your rights (Art. 11)

You can ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who it was transferred to, object to automated results and claim damages for unlawful processing. Write to berk.kurumsal@hotmail.com; we answer within 30 days.

  • Satın almalar: Pro'yu sağlamak için Apple ve RevenueCat, Inc. (ABD) tarafından işlenen satın alma bilgisi ve rastgele bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliği.
  • Destek: bize yazarsan e-posta adresin ve mesajın.
  • Bu web sitesi: çerez kullanılmaz; barındırma sağlayıcısı (GitHub Pages ile GitHub, Inc., ABD) IP adresi gibi standart sunucu kayıtları tutabilir.

Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler

Yaptığın satın almaları sağlamak ve taleplerini yanıtlamak (KVKK md. 5/2-c, sözleşmenin ifası) ve web sitesini güvenli işletmek (md. 5/2-f, meşru menfaat).

Yurt dışına aktarım

RevenueCat ve GitHub ABD'dedir. Aktarım KVKK'nın 9. maddesindeki güvencelere uygun olarak yapılır.

Saklama süresi

Destek yazışmaları en fazla iki yıl saklanır. Satın alma kayıtlarını Apple ve RevenueCat kendi politikalarına göre saklar.

Hakların (md. 11)

Verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, aktarıldığı kişileri öğrenme, otomatik sonuçlara itiraz etme ve hukuka aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini isteme hakların vardır. berk.kurumsal@hotmail.com adresine yaz; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
